Q: Where do I send the photos to?

A: email the image/s to danny@lloydsprinters.co.uk. Please keep checking your email for responses. We may send a proof for you to approve. 

Q: How many photos can I use?

A: Up to 2 different images per order. If you want to use more than 2 there will be an extra charge of £2.59 per image which we can invoice for once you have sent the images. 

Q: Will you send the masks out already cut out with the elastic attached?

A: We want to keep our prices low for you and by sending you the kit to put together we can do this. The eyes are drilled out for you. All you need to do is cut out the mask from the card backing and attached the elastic with the sticky pads (we supply everything you need). 

Q: How soon will I receive them?

A: We aim to post out the next working day after the proofs have been approved by you. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive the mask kits. If you need them fast, please inform us when you send the images. 

Q: How much does it cost for postage and packaging?

A: Posting and packaging are free to UK mainland! This is Royal Mail 2nd class postage. If you want to upgrade the postage, please let us know when you email the images. 

Q: How are the Masks posted out?

A: They are posted with a cardboard backed DO NOT BEND envelope.

Q: What if I don`t like the finished product?

A: Your Face Masks will be proofed to you before we send them out so you can be sure that you will be happy with the finished product. If for some reason you are not 100% happy when they arrive, please contact us. 

Q: What happens if I receive the masks and they are damaged?

A: In the unlikely event your masks are damaged or defective in some way we will offer a full replacement at no extra cost to you.

Q: Are the Face Masks durable?

A: Yes as we use high-quality & sustainably sourced A4 size card.

Q: Are you VAT registered? 

A: Yes we are, and all orders will receive a VAT receipt.
